Every contract & tour your customer has ever contracted you for is listed, and the scheduled trips show below after you have selected a particular contract. A sum of balances and refunds due are displayed in red as shown. |

| Contract Details | ||
| Information relevant to the contract is entered in this screen. Here you can describe the event, select the default bus & driver for the scheduled trips, enter in charges, security deposits, payments, etc. The billing notes section helps you keep track of your communications to the client, and logs automatically whenever you print out a proposal, contract, or invoice. |

| Scheduled Trips | ||
| Scheduled Trips are entered into the system using this screen on the right. Here you choose the bus, driver and Report-Depart-Arrive/Return times. Notes for the driver that print out in the Driver Sheet are entered here as well. Our system allows you to break up the event into trips so that you can schedule the bus for another trip during idle periods. |
